Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Lead and manage a team of 2–3 full-time engineers and 2 interns whilst contributing to the company’s DevOps strategy and infrastructure decisions. You will accelerate development with faster, safer, more frequent deployments and improve developer happiness and productivity with better tools and workflows. Empowering developers and non-developers to use AI through internal tooling, AI code reviews, asynchronous agents, and shared context, you will deliver cost savings through infrastructure optimizations. Additionally, you will build, maintain, and ensure high availability of AWS cloud infrastructure. You will also hire, retain, and grow top engineering talent and execute on business-critical projects end-to-end ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure.
