Revenue Operations Lead

What you'll actually do:

• Build and own cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view.
• Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction.
• Catch process gaps and broken handoffs early before they become a quarter-end surprise.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Operations.
• Master's degree required.
• A track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems.
