The Role:
- You become the right hand to an executive or department head, owning the operational machinery of the business.
- You design fixes and execute them yourself, taking full ownership of outcomes.
- This is not a traditional people-management role; you manage processes, systems, data, and cadence.
What You'll Own:
- Business intelligence: set KPIs, build dashboards, ensure data consistency.
- Project management: drive initiatives to completion, run meetings, clear blockers.
- Technology management: map workflows, audit software, connect systems.
- AI implementation: build automations and upskill the team.
