Your Mission:
- Drive operational projects from idea to implementation, including planning, stakeholder management, delivery and post-project reviews.
- Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation and smarter processes to create measurable business impact.
- Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and help teams work more efficiently.
Your Profile:
- Relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar operational role, ideally in a technology company.
- Hands-on experience improving business processes through AI and automation, with a proven track record of delivering solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
