Business Operations Specialist

Business Operations Project Execution:

• Own a rotating portfolio of cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping to documentation.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships including sourcing, onboarding, and invoice tracking.
• Build and maintain SOPs to ensure every process is documented and repeatable.

Market Launch & Expansion Support:

• Support new-market launches and acquisition integrations with launch checklist ownership and timeline tracking.
• Drive system migrations for acquired entities, ensuring data integrity and cutover planning.
• Build reusable launch playbooks to accelerate future market openings.

Systems, Data & Reporting:

• Administer operational systems (Rippling, Ramp) and maintain data cleanliness and trustworthiness.
• Build recurring operational reporting, dashboards, and KPI rollups for leadership.
• Audit data quality across systems and drive root-cause fixes.

AI-Powered Automation Tooling:

• Use Claude Projects, Cowork, and Claude Code to build automations that eliminate manual work.
• Maintain a library of internal AI projects for the team to use in reporting, vendor comparison, and SOP generation.
• Proactively identify high-friction processes and propose AI-assisted improvements.
