Engagement Operations & Coordination:
- Support end-to-end operational execution of audit engagements across all service lines.
- Manage engagement setup, intake tracking, and workflow coordination in internal systems.
- Monitor milestones, flag risks, and coordinate across teams for timely delivery.
Process Improvement & Quality:
- Identify and document operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in maintaining SOPs, templates, and documentation repositories.
- Support internal quality control reviews and contribute to process changes.
Data, Reporting & Analytics:
- Collect and maintain operational data for leadership dashboards.
- Track key KPIs including utilization, timelines, and team capacity.
- Prepare regular status reports and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
