The Performance Marketing Manager at Shippo will play a key role in driving user acquisition through performance marketing channels with a focus on SEM. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads optimization and management, along with the ability to experiment with and develop additional acquisition channels. You will own performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns to improve CAC and LTV, contributing directly to Shippo's growth objectives.
Responsibilities include managing Google Ads campaigns, experimenting with new channels, conducting performance analysis, optimizing conversion rates, maintaining tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing campaign budgets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in Google Ads/SEM in a B2B/software environment.
