Shippo

The Labels team is responsible for building and maintaining Shippo’s label core API and some of the most critical carrier integrations at Shippo like USPS, UPS and FedEx, as well as developing Shippo’s carrier integration technology. Design, implement, test, and deploy software services with high SLAs. Ensure scalability and maintainability through microservices adoption, decoupling of concerns and data model, queuing of jobs and application layering and container-based software distribution.

As Shippo’s Trust & Safety lead, take full ownership of protecting our ecosystem from fraud and abuse. Lead the charge in identifying patterns of bad actors, designing proactive measures to mitigate risks, and creating scalable processes to safeguard our customers, partners, and company. Leverage technical expertise, data-driven approach, and investigative mindset to build and execute strategies that tackle complex fraud issues.
