People Operations Generalist

The People Operations Generalist plays a key role in driving the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of our People programs. You will support and optimize a wide range of HR processes from onboarding and data management to compliance and employee support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-minded, and motivated to build strong, employee-centric operational foundations across the organization.

Responsibilities include tracking, managing, and maintaining People Operations contracts and vendor documentation, managing the People inbox, triaging and responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating and processing background checks, offer letters, and employment verifications. You will also maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation in HR systems, support mail management, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Further responsibilities include processing employee changes and updates, providing operational support for People programs, inputting and maintaining employee data in HR systems, preparing and distributing basic reports, ensuring data integrity, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You will also manage secure storage of employee records and assist with audits.
