Job Description
In this role, you will contribute to high-quality software solutions within a fast-paced federal environment. The Manual Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases, ensuring application reliability, functionality, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing functional testing scenarios and detailed test cases based on specifications.
- Executing tests, logging and validating defects, and documenting outcomes clearly.
- Maintaining detailed test records, including DSTRs, test plans, and procedures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT industry experience with testing Java, .NET, Web, SOA, and ETL-based applications.
- Strong skills in SQL, Oracle, MS-Access, Unix, and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC models; ability to analyze functional and technical architecture documents.
