This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex admissions configuration issues in Ellucian Colleague or Banner, ensuring accurate data flow and entity mapping between SIS and Ellucian Ethos. Responsibilities include validating setup, correcting misalignments, and documenting best-practice configurations. The role also includes extending or advising on Ethos entity customizations and endpoint development, collaborating with Element451’s Customer Success and Solutions teams, and supporting institutional stakeholders to drive clear resolution paths.
