Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Attack Engineers and backend engineers.
- Own hiring, set clear expectations, and build growth plans to advance engineers.
Internal Attack Strategy & Execution:
- Define the roadmap for internal and Active Directory attack coverage tied to real customer environments.
- Drive production-safe attacks across credential access, lateral movement, and network infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with Product to prioritize customer feedback and threat intelligence.
- Coordinate with Data Platform and Infrastructure teams on cross-team changes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $238,000-$280,000, plus equity.
