What You’ll Do:
- Translate complex operational and clinical work into compelling narratives for external audiences.
- Develop messaging frameworks and manage media relations across multiple states.
- Support executive leadership with thought leadership and change communications.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3–5 years of experience in communications or public relations.
- Possesses strong writing skills across formats including press releases and op-eds.
- Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $80,000–$85,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 403(b) with match, and generous PTO.
- Remote work within the service area of New England and Maryland.
