Senior Performance Test Engineer

As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute load and performance testing strategies. You'll investigate performance issues in both test and production environments, collaborating closely with developers to understand service architecture and behavior, define relevant KPIs, and implement effective observability and monitoring. Providing actionable optimization recommendations across database, infrastructure, and application code is crucial. Correlating test results with production metrics to validate expected system behavior, building and maintaining modular, reusable test scripts, simulating real-world user scenarios, and supporting peak season planning efforts are key responsibilities of the role.
