Job Description

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing efforts within an assigned region, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. Key responsibilities include driving census growth by implementing strategic visions and missions. This involves frequent site visits to communities, along with the creation of detailed weekly and quarterly reports. The role requires developing new processes to improve marketing effectiveness and actively working leads to drive conversion. The coordinator will need a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with at least two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living. Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships and developing local referral networks is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a professional image, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% is required, and overnight stays may be necessary.
