Key Responsibilities:
- Establish high safety and quality standards in accordance with industry standards.
- Study specifications and blueprints to plan construction procedures.
- Assemble and schedule appropriate team members and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or five years of construction experience; equivalent combination accepted.
- Basic computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Energetic, self-motivated individual with passion for collaboration and professional development.
Work Environment:
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather.
- Moderate to loud noise level; overtime may be required.
