Growth Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, experimentation, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, AI-enabled marketing, or GTM experimentation, who’s eager to learn fast and drive real impact on pipeline and product awareness. This is a hands-on role where you’ll run growth experiments, analyze performance, and optimize across channels — from AI-powered outbound campaigns to smart content loops and A/B tested funnels. You'll design and run growth experiments, use AI tools, test and optimize messaging, collaborate with product marketing and sales, contribute to creative content, and track KPIs.
