Job Description
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles in healthcare, Engineer and legal sectors. Work on C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models for U.S.-based clients. Source and screen candidates from multiple channels: Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), vendor networks, and internal database. Conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and clients. Build strong pipelines for recurring positions in hospitals, legal firms, healthcare administration, and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and update ATS regularly. Negotiate salary/rates and handle onboarding for selected candidates.
