Senior Manager, Tax/Preferred Equity

Role Focus:

• Lead tax equity and preferred equity structuring for clean energy infrastructure transactions.
• Manage underwriting, modeling, and execution from intake to closing.

Experience:

• Requires 4+ years in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
• Deep tax equity and preferred equity modeling expertise and Excel skills.
