Email Designer

Campaign & Lifecycle Design:

• Design emails across campaigns and lifecycle journeys
• Translate briefs into visually compelling, conversion-aware designs
• Maintain consistency across email while evolving the brand’s visual system in-channel

Build & Testing:

• Build emails directly in platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar
• Work within templates and modules, making updates as needed
• Test emails across devices and inboxes to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and functionality

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on campaign and journey execution
• Collaborate with copywriters, growth, and brand teams to ensure alignment across messaging and visuals
• Communicate clearly and proactively in a Slack-first, remote environment
