About the Role:
- Own the Driver App and web carrier portal roadmap end-to-end.
- Strengthen marketplace performance from booking through delivery.
- Report directly to Anh Tran with high ownership and autonomy.
What You Will Do:
- Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize job discovery and in-app workflows for drivers.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to solve real-world pain points.
