Benefits Configuration Analyst

As a Benefits Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams during implementations and for building and managing pharmacy benefit plans on various platforms in order to ensure a high-quality SmithRx product. Your responsibilities include supporting the Plan Operations team with their core benefits operations functions and maintaining accurate benefit configuration. You will identify and understand benefits plan requirements and maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules. In this role, you will grandfather/transition new clients and update formularies. You will also be expected to provide troubleshooting support for our claims adjudication process.
