About the Role:
- A full-service New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced partner with a portable book of business.
- Real estate is a priority, though partners across practice areas are encouraged to bring their clients.
What You'll Do:
- Bring and grow your portable client book while developing cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with marketing professionals to develop and execute a business development plan.
- Mentor and train associates and counsel working on your matters.
What We're Looking For:
- 8 to 15 years of experience as a partner.
- A portable book with at least $500,000 in documented originations.
- Experience in New Jersey commercial or transactional real estate.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $250,000 to $500,000 annually.
- Fully remote with New York, New York as the primary location.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
