The Team:
- The OTC desk is a market leader providing white-glove service and market-making to clients globally, 24/7.
- The team offers deep liquidity and discreet, secure execution for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Support and grow client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for OTC spot trading.
- Drive trading flow by sourcing, quoting, and executing client trades and managing the trade lifecycle.
- Partner with internal teams and assist across adjacent desks like borrowing/lending and derivatives.
Requirements:
- Requires 1–3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within financial services or crypto.
- Must have a strong understanding of spot markets and trade execution workflows and a proven ability to build client relationships.
- This is a remote position based in the EMEA region, requiring willingness to work EMEA hours and weekends.
