Responsibilities:
- Serve as a frontline resource providing high-quality support to TLN owners, advisors, and internal partners across North America.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, ensuring a professional customer experience.
- Act as a key liaison between advisors and internal teams, contributing to problem resolution and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Possess 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a travel advisor background.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while working well under pressure.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies; experience with Salesforce or travel CRMs is a plus.
