Lead Product Designer

This role involves designing intelligent, scalable user experiences for our product used by engineering teams, focusing on surfacing insights, alerts, and workflows powered by LLMs and automation. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable UI that enhances developer efficiency. Consider end-to-end design across multiple surfaces (dashboards, overlays, CLI-integrated UX, notifications) with a bias toward minimalism, speed, and usability that fosters customer trust. Create and evolve UI components and patterns that will be published in our design system and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to explore how AI can automate decisions, suggest optimisations, and reduce friction in deployment workflows. Actively run usability testing, discovery interviews, and internal testing to validate design decisions and champion a human-centred, developer-first mindset in the development of new AI capabilities.
