What you'll do:
- Design and ship features end-to-end in Figma and code, working directly with expert users.
- Keep the design system current and hold every screen to a consistent bar.
- Invent interaction patterns for agentic work, including streaming answers and approval flows.
What we're looking for:
- Strong React, TypeScript, and CSS skills with real visual and interaction design ability.
- Comfort with ambiguity, daily AI tool use, and a systems mindset.
- 5+ years across design and frontend engineering, with a portfolio showing shipped UI.
