QA Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for AEM projects.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
Functional Testing:
- Review business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.
- Validate AEM components, templates, workflows, content fragments, and experience fragments.
Test Management & Review:
- Create and maintain detailed test cases in AgileTest aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure complete test coverage and traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Conduct internal test case reviews and provide sign-off before execution.
AEM-Specific Testing:
- Test AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless implementations.
- Validate content authoring, publishing workflows, approval processes, and versioning.
- Verify dispatcher caching rules and content delivery mechanisms.
