Your Mission:
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations.
- Validate legacy-to-Connect migrations and build automated test suites.
- Partner with engineers to shift quality left and run UAT sessions.
Your Assignment:
- Test Strategy & Contact Center Quality: Design and execute test strategies for contact flows, routing, IVR, and AI agents.
- Manual, Automated & Full-Stack Testing: Build and maintain test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
- Production Readiness & Operations: Execute phased rollout and cutover validation for live contact centers.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience including contact center testing.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
- Experience testing serverless AWS architectures and conversational AI.
