Marketing & AI Operations Manager

As the Marketing & AI Operations Manager, you will own the marketing tech stack, optimize processes, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and impact across campaigns and channels. You will partner with teams across the Organization to build scalable workflows, measure performance, and drive operational excellence. You will own and expand the full marketing tech stack, deploy and manage AI tools, integrate emerging AI capabilities, partner with the Marketing Team, maintain accurate marketing databases, build and execute email campaigns, create performance dashboards, collaborate with Sales, and stay current on AI and martech trends.
