Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead complex testing activities, manage risks, and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and evolve automation frameworks using open-source technologies like Selenium and Playwright.
• Design and execute functional, performance, and automated testing while overseeing defect management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading testing teams and strategic testing initiatives with strong automation framework expertise.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test environment management, and database/ETL testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
