The Role:
- Lead a five-person investor relations team, setting weekly priorities and coaching in real time.
- Run senior mandate calls and own the standard for introductions.
- Report directly to both founders and drive weekly results reviews.
What You'll Own:
- Results across mandate calls, activations, pitches, founder calls, and referrals.
- Growth of every associate through clear bars, honest feedback, and plans.
- Hiring and onboarding as the team scales.
Who We're Looking For:
- A leader of about five people who made them better.
- Investment background at a family office, VC, growth fund, investment bank, or capital raising.
- Knows how family offices decide and can run the call yourself.
