Head of Investor Relations

The role:

• This is a leadership seat reporting directly to both co-founders.
• You run the IR team and own the weekly rhythm, hiring, and coaching.

What you will own:

• The health of the investor network: more active members and better fit.
• Pitch quality and weekly numbers on mandates, activations, referrals.
• Senior mandate calls with family offices and strategic investors.

You are a fit if:

• You have led a team of around six and shown measurable results.
• You hold real relationships with family offices and know their questions.
• You work on systems and treat discretion as a reflex.

What we offer:

• US$200K to US$300K total compensation.
• Fully remote with a few hours of US Eastern overlap.
