VC Analyst

THE ROLE:

• Work on the investor side of Pairs, finding active investors and learning what they back.
• Write first contacts that earn replies, turn them into calls, and book investors into founder meetings.
• Collaborate directly with two co-founders and the investor team on a flat, fast-moving process.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Investor research: who is investing now, at what stage and check size.
• First conversations: messages that read like a person wrote them, replies turned into calls.
• Investor meetings: qualified investors booked with founders whose opportunity fits.

YOU ARE A FIT IF:

• You have venture capital experience as an analyst, scout, or accelerator and can name interesting rounds.
• You write short, specific messages that get replies and keep a high pace without losing quality.
• You understand round basics like stage, check size, SAFE versus priced, and treat discretion as second nature.
