The SmartFolio advisor is responsible to primarily support clients in the inbound call queue. A successful advisor will invoke trust and build strong client relationships, determine individual investment needs and provide professional advice to ensure client’s financial goals are met. Advisors will support clients with various requests such as portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals etc. Advisors will also be required to fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
As an Investment Advisor, you will contribute to the intake, prospecting, solicitation, development or maintenance of business relationships with members and clients. You will offer a service that meets the needs of the client according to the strategies and practices in effect. You will create strategies to support clients’ financial needs and promote and provide solutions that will meet client needs based on the products and services available.
Ensure operational excellence across CF Benchmarks’ product lifecycle — from index production to their life management — while optimizing systems, data workflows, and internal processes for scale and compliance. The goal of this role is to ensure methodology adherence and smooth functioning data production services. You will develop scalable procedures, map data flows, and support new product rollouts.
