Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health (Child Adolescent Psychiatrist)

Behavioral Health Strategy and Clinical Leadership:

• Define and execute the pediatric behavioral health strategy aligned with Medicaid and value based contracts.
• Build and scale integrated services across the full spectrum of behavioral health needs, including serious mental illness and neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Establish evidence based, trauma informed, and family centered care models for high risk pediatric populations.

Operations, Value-Based Care, and Performance:

• Partner with operations, product, and analytics teams to design efficient, scalable, and compliant care delivery models.
• Align behavioral health services with utilization management strategies, including diversion from emergency and inpatient settings.
• Define, track, and manage performance metrics tied to value based contracts, including utilization, access, engagement, and cost of care.

Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Direct Care:

• Assist in recruitment, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary behavioral health team using scalable models that extend psychiatric expertise.
• Collaborate with primary care, specialty care, care management, and community partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Support enterprise wide behavioral health education and capability building.
