What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations, managing performance directly
- Own provider quality program and define what quality means at Grow
- Oversee MIC program integrity and VBC performance monitoring
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license
- You have 5–7 years of clinical quality experience
- You have direct experience managing a clinical quality team
