Job Description
Drive Strategy:
- Define vision and strategy for our enterprise solutions offerings in Smartsheet.
- Use company objectives, customer needs, market trends, and business outcomes to inform your work.
- Communicate the strategy and product insights to a wide audience.
Execute Product Initiatives:
- Partner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run experiments and test prototypes to validate hypotheses
- Work closely with design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences
- Deliver highly-complex enterprise software products from inception to launch.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Socialize your work and drive alignment with cross-functional leaders.
- Mentor junior product managers and help support their growth.
- Form strong cross-team partnerships that ensure combined success for the product area.
