Associate Product Manager

M32 AI is looking for an Associate Product Manager to partner with the founder, designers, and engineers to translate root user problems into delightful, data‑driven solutions. In this role, you will be expected to gather insights by running user interviews, digging into analytics, and mapping JTBDs and pain points. You will draft lightweight PRDs, define success metrics, and keep the scope laser‑focused. Responsibilities also include managing sprints, writing tickets, QA features, and removing blockers, as well as coordinating design hand‑offs and ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation. After launching features, you will instrument and analyze them, iterating based on retention, activation, and revenue data. Finally, you will document learnings, keep the roadmap current, and share progress with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in product, growth, or a similarly analytical role and be comfortable with metrics using SQL, Mixpanel, or basic Python/Sheets.
