About the Role:
- We're looking for a Principal UX Designer to define human-AI collaboration in security operations.
- You'll own the UX for complex security workflows and lead discovery.
- You will report to the Head of Product.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as design lead in cross-functional product trios.
- Own AI interaction design and translate complex SOC workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Build prototypes and contribute to the design system.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of UX design experience with at least 3 in senior or principal roles.
- Deep experience designing complex enterprise workflows; security ops experience a plus.
- Strong discovery skills and ability to work across full fidelity range.
