Role Overview:
- Set UX vision and standards for digital solutions that support mission-critical data and AI adoption.
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels to elevate design quality and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end product design, from research and usability testing to wireframes and UI specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and accessibility.
- Communicate UX value to non-design stakeholders and translate insights into mission value.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with strong UX leadership and end-to-end native application design.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking and Agile environments (SAFe).
- Experience supporting Defense, Civilian, or National Security clients is highly relevant.
