Responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of technical sourcers focused on identifying and engaging global engineering talent. What you’ll do: Build and Scale our engineering sourcing team, defining best practices, workflows, tools, and metrics. Hire, coach, mentor, and manage a team of technical sourcers. Drive market research and talent intelligence initiatives to identify critical skill gaps, talent clusters, and emerging trends. Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for high-priority engineering roles. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to understand team needs and deliver sourcing strategies aligned to business goals. Use data and sourcing analytics to continuously improve pipeline quality, outreach effectiveness, and team performance. Partner with marketing and recruiting to position Vanta as an employer of choice in niche engineering markets.
