Job Description
As an Operations Associate, you will support daily business operations while delivering projects that increase our operational capabilities and improve process efficiency. Analyzing existing workstreams to identify opportunities to develop and implement automated, or more efficient solutions, for process optimization. Collaborating with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow. Carrying out administrative tasks and processes, and preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities.
