Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy a logging, metrics, and APM stack that scales with the organization.
- Build alerting policies that surface real signals and develop incident triage workflows.
- Automate toil reduction and set SRE standards for the engineering organization.
About You:
- 5+ years in SRE or platform engineering with deep expertise in observability domains.
- Experience with agent configuration and instrumentation (New Relic, OpenTelemetry).
- Comfortable making opinionated architectural decisions with incomplete information.
