Staff Engineer

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support our self-service platform used for pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. As a leading technical voice within the growing Fulfillment and Pharmacy Engineering Front End team, you will collaborate with UI engineers, product managers, designers, and other Engineering leaders in the organization to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams. Your contributions will help ensure the resulting platform is reliable, scalable, and adaptable to our growing business needs. You will lead the architecture of scalable, maintainable, and performant front end solutions aligned with product requirements. Work with technical leaders to drive adoption of common frameworks, patterns, and practices. Establish and foster coding standards across the Front End team. Guide the technical growth of Front End engineers through mentorship opportunities and maintaining technical documentation. Initiate efforts to reduce technical debt and enhance workflow efficiency. Implement tools and processes for monitoring and performance optimization.
