Senior Staff Product Designer

Shape the future of design at Narvar. This senior role focuses on complex product and organizational challenges, influencing company-wide strategy and maturing the design practice. You will work in partnership with the Senior Director of Product Design to drive a cohesive, platform-centric design vision for the Narvar product ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing foundational frameworks and principles that will help our entire design team scale effectively. The responsibilities include defining the long-term design vision, tackling ambiguous challenges to create foundational design frameworks, partnering with senior leadership to integrate design into company strategy, mentoring senior designers, evolving team processes and culture, and serving as the voice for design within the company.
