The Manager, Technical Writing leads the creation, maintenance, and delivery of user-friendly documentation and learning materials, mentoring a team of technical writers. They ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and supports users, collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success. This role shapes the technical documentation program and contributes to the success of the company's offerings.

Take the lead on larger, horizontal, platform-type problems and projects that are 6+ months out, benefiting from design championing them and visualizing what the future could look like. Partner with other designers on high-priority, complex projects to help get things across the finish line, while pushing the boundaries on quality & craft.
