Senior Staff Product Designer – AI

As a Senior Staff Product Designer – AI, you will be a cross-organizational design leader driving the vision, strategy, and design excellence behind how 1Password harnesses artificial intelligence responsibly and securely. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, platform, and organizational design — defining cohesive AI experience strategies that span multiple product areas and influence the company’s approach to trustworthy, privacy-aware AI. You’ll partner closely with senior product, research, data, and engineering leadership to shape how AI is integrated across 1Password’s ecosystem. Your work will inform not only how our customers interact with intelligent systems, but also how we design for emerging forms of identity, trust, and automation. This role blends visionary systems thinking with a hands-on design practice—inspiring, guiding, and empowering teams to deliver cohesive, humane, and secure AI experiences at scale.
