Senior Software Engineer - Bank Accounts

As a Senior Engineer on the Bank Accounts team, drive business impact, set technical direction, lead initiatives, and raise the bar for engineering excellence. The role blends execution with leadership by designing and shipping software, aligning stakeholders, and mentoring teammates to think bigger and build better. Lead projects end-to-end by driving technical projects from concept to production, define solutions, analyze tradeoffs, make critical decisions, and deliver software that works today and is sustainable for tomorrow. Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape initiatives. Translate between technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in. Write clear, testable, and maintainable code, establish patterns and best practices and build for quality & sustainability.
