- Offer comprehensive legal guidance from product conception to launch and sunset, addressing regulatory challenges.
- Prepare and negotiate financial agreements such as prime brokerage and trading documentation.
- Deliver forward-looking guidance to marketing and design teams on product lifecycle matters.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as counsel in financial services, with expertise in securities acts and crypto assets.
- J.D. and state bar membership, with strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Experience with regulatory agencies like the SEC is a plus, along with a deep interest in blockchain and DeFi.
